Making values matter – a global survey putting values to the test

Why we care

Last year we won the Business Culture Award for Leading with Purpose. However, purpose is only half the picture. It’s the why. But what about the how? For that we need values.

A lot of the work we do here at FathomXP is directly linked to our clients’ company or organisational values. When we’re not surfacing them, we’re helping to embed them into working practices or working with HR teams to activate them through HR processes, including recruitment and performance.

However, even when we’re not explicitly working on values, we ARE working WITH values. Because values matter, and they should inform everything a company and its people do.

But do they? And how do you know?

We know what we think and what our clients think and do. But what about other organisations? And how is that changing in the light of the pandemic and ever greater threats to world peace?
