Download insights into how values support organisations small and large…and what we can learn (from international research with 70 organisations)

After three months of research and discussion, we have just published the findings of our global research programme into the role, power and challenge of company values.

A sneak peek into the report

  • Living their values: More people believe their organisations are living up to their values now compared to before the pandemic. However, the same is much less likely to be the case where an organisation’s values are implied as opposed to explicitly expressed.

  • Support the organisation: 8/10 respondents suggest their values supported the organisation during the pandemic – the most significant impact was felt in helping to shape and maintain culture,

  • Express values: A third of organisations have made some changes to the expression of their values since the beginning of the pandemic.

Conducted in partnership with The Involvement Practice (now part of Urban Emu) and Envoca , these results are based on research with 72 organisations in the UK and globally with organisations of all shapes and sizes and across sectors.
