Over the last two years, we’ve spoken to hundreds of HR, EX and IC professionals to find out what employee experience does (and doesn’t) mean to them and their organisations.

It’s been a fascinating conversation. Also, a worrying one (in parts, at least).

Along the way, we’ve repeatedly come across a number of misconceptions that get in the way of organisations having a meaningful impact on the experience they create for their people. Myths that hamper the conversation and stop discussions turning into action and impact.
